What can I do for free?
Signing up gives you free access to the distribution dashboard, the full Korean media list, and your distribution history. AI content generation (card news, video) is credit-based, and new accounts come with trial credits.
How do I top up credits?
Submit a top-up request from the admin page and we'll respond within one business day. Regular users can switch to auto-billed monthly plans. We accept bank transfer, corporate card, and PayPal.
Why aren't prices listed publicly?
BlinkHub spans simple distribution to media site leasing, so unit cost varies widely by customer size and usage pattern. The same $300/mo can be too much for one customer and too little for another. We listen to your scenario and propose the best-fit structure.
What's the refund policy?
Unused credits topped up within 7 days are fully refundable. Used credits are pro-rated and refunded for the unused balance. See Terms for details.
