Blink Hub (the “Company”) takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your information, and the rights you have. 2. Purposes of Use

  • To provide and operate the Service, including account management, AI article generation, and CMS distribution.
  • To send service notices and respond to inquiries.
  • To improve and develop new features based on aggregated usage analytics.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Retention

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and deleted upon termination, except where retention is required by law.
  • Billing records: retained for 5 years (Republic of Korea, Commercial Act).
  • Access logs: retained for 3 months.
  • Social platform access tokens: deleted immediately upon integration disconnect or account termination.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers strictly as needed to operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors, transactional email), all under appropriate data-processing agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. International Transfers

Our infrastructure and certain sub-processors operate outside the Republic of Korea. By using the Service you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Your Rights

  • Access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time.
  • Restriction of processing where applicable under law.
  • Complaints to your local data protection authority (in the Republic of Korea: PIPC, pipc.go.kr).

  • Encryption of personal data in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable.
  • Role-based access controls and audit logging for administrator actions.
  • Regular security reviews and prompt patching of dependencies.

8. Cookies

We use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may stop working.

We will post material changes to this policy here and, where appropriate, notify you in-product or by email.
