Blink Hub (the “Company”) takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your information, and the rights you have. 2. Purposes of Use

To provide and operate the Service, including account management, AI article generation, and CMS distribution.

3. Retention

Account data: retained while your account is active and deleted upon termination, except where retention is required by law.
Billing records: retained for 5 years (Republic of Korea, Commercial Act).
Access logs: retained for 3 months.
Social platform access tokens: deleted immediately upon integration disconnect or account termination.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers strictly as needed to operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors, transactional email), all under appropriate data-processing agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. International Transfers

Our infrastructure and certain sub-processors operate outside the Republic of Korea. By using the Service you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Your Rights

Access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information.
Withdrawal of consent at any time.
Restriction of processing where applicable under law.
Complaints to your local data protection authority (in the Republic of Korea: PIPC, pipc.go.kr).

We use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may stop working.
