Managed channel
We don't hand you a tool.
We run the channel.
Most AI video tools are “press a button, get one clip” products. The trouble is a channel doesn't grow off one clip. You have to press it every day, and the every day is what stops. This service takes over the every day.
Not someone else's case study — it's how we work
Four channels BlinkHub operates run on this pipeline right now. Each fires automatically at its own hour every day, and 73 videos have gone up so far. No one touches a clip between generation and upload.
We won't inflate it. This isn't a record of growing a large channel — what's proven so far is that it runs every day without a person.
What happens in a day
Pick the topic
The day's subject comes off a topic queue, filled in advance from search trends and the channel's theme. Nobody has to invent an idea each morning.
Script
Written to short-form length with a hook, body and close. Full spoken sentences, not clipped fragments.
Voice
Narration is synthesised, so the same voice holds without anyone recording.
Assembly
Captions and visuals are cut into a vertical video. Background footage comes from real stock first — it avoids the fake lettering AI-generated footage tends to produce.
Upload
Title, description and tags are attached and it goes to the channel. Still no human in the loop.
After upload
Responses are checked twice a day, and performance is written up once a week.
What to know before starting
We need channel access. To upload on your behalf we need permission on the channel. Starting fresh, we set the channel up ourselves.
We agree the direction first. What goes into the queue decides the result. In the first session we settle the channel's theme and what it won't cover.
Automatic doesn't mean unattended. You get a weekly write-up, and formats that underperform come out of the queue.
Monthly, not credits. This is ongoing operation rather than one-off production, so credit deduction doesn't fit. We quote by channel count and upload frequency.
Which channel would you hand over?
Running already or starting from scratch — tell us the theme and the goal and we'll map out how it would run.
