Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Blink Hub (the “Company”) and users (“you”) of the BlinkHub AI content automation and Korean press release distribution service (the “Service”).

2. Definitions

• “Service” means the press release collection, AI article generation, CMS auto-submission, and social media management capabilities provided by the Company.
• “User” means any individual or organization who has agreed to these Terms and uses the Service.
• “Member” means a User who has registered an account.

3. Effect and Modification of Terms

• These Terms apply to all Users of the Service.
• The Company may revise these Terms when reasonably necessary. Revisions take effect upon publication on the website.
• Users who do not agree to revised Terms may terminate their account and discontinue use of the Service.

4. Account Registration

• The service agreement is formed when a User agrees to these Terms, completes registration, and the Company accepts the registration.
• The Company may refuse registration if the User: (a) provides a false identity or uses another’s information, (b) provides inaccurate information or omits required fields, or (c) the registration is otherwise likely to interfere with the Service.

5. Service Description

• The Company provides: automated press release collection and AI article generation; Korean media CMS auto-submission via XML/FTP; social media account integration and analytics; and additional services the Company may add or partner to provide.
• The Company may modify the Service from time to time and will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.

6. Fees

• The Service is offered on paid plans; pricing and billing methods are published in-product.
• The Company may change fees with at least 30 days’ advance notice.
• The Company may suspend access for non-payment.

7. Refunds

• Full refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the Service has not been used.
• After usage begins, refunds are pro-rated for the unused portion of the billing period.

8. User Obligations

Users may not:

• impersonate others or submit false information;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• interfere with the Service’s operation;
• commercially exploit data obtained through the Service without the Company’s prior written consent;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party;
• attempt unauthorized access or compromise Service security.

9. Company Obligations

• The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a stable Service.
• The Company will protect personal data in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.
• The Company will work promptly to restore Service in the event of an outage.

10. Suspension and Termination

• The Company may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Users may terminate their account at any time; termination is processed promptly.
• Upon termination, User data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Social Media Integrations

• When connecting a social account, the Service accesses data via the platform’s official API.
• Users may disconnect any integration at any time; access tokens are deleted upon disconnection.
• Functionality may change in response to third-party platform policy changes.

12. Intellectual Property

• All software, design, and content provided by the Service are owned by the Company.
• Content generated by Users through the Service belongs to the User.

13. Disclaimers

• The Company is not liable for outages caused by force majeure, war, telecom-carrier failures, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
• The Company is not liable for Service issues caused by the User’s actions.
• Final responsibility for AI-generated articles rests with the User (news organization or publisher). Users should review and verify all content prior to publication.

14. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction at the Company’s registered seat in the Republic of Korea.

15. Company Information

These Terms are effective as of March 9, 2026.
